Special Note: even though many of the recipes may be gluten, soy, corn, fish for shell-fish free, I do not make notation since I’m currently focusing on allergens that I am well familiar with and avoid in my kitchen. In the spirit of NOT making an error, I am not commenting on theses allergens!

Crunchy fruit and oatmeal bars – These bars use honey and are crunchy. I often make this recipe and then crumble it to be served with allergen safe ice cream. This recipe can be dairy free, egg free, soy free, gluten free, peanut free and tree nut free.
Sweet Nut-gluten-dairy-egg free Granola Squares– This bar is wickedly popular with my son’s classmates and a few teachers. I make it often for field trips or sporting events as it travels well! It’s gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free and sesame seed free too.
